    This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) tells you about the information that Scientific Learning Corporation (the “Company,” “we” or “our”) collects in connection with the operation of its learning platform website (the “Site”), how the information is used and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “user” means an employee of a Local Education Agency (which we refer to as a “school” in this Privacy Policy), a service provider, a child who uses a Site, or the parent or guardian of a child who uses a Site, in each case who is accessing the Site through a particular username and password.     However, the transfer of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Data as it is transmitted to our websites. Therefore any transaction is made at your own risk.
