We do not offer refunds or returns unless we cannot supply goods or services or if they are not delivered as promised. Irish law is the governing body. Most goods are digitally delivered within a specified time. We reserve the right to refuse service jobs in which case we will promptly refund your payment within one working day. Recurring transactions can be cancelled at any time by submitting a request at www.neuronlearning.com/contact or directly via Paypal (if a Paypal transaction).
